Led by the Rev’d David Mouncer, this time honoured service is usually centred on a celebration of Holy Communion (Common Worship). A warm and friendly welcome awaits; it’s an ideal service for anyone who enjoys a more traditional (but not ‘stuffy’) service and appreciates music that’s drawn from the rich heritage of the church. The service features robes, liturgy, hymns, established choruses and readings and preaching from the lectionary.
Led by the Rev’d David Owens this relaxed and friendly service is often the first choice for people wanting to join St T’s. Popular with families and children this service offers a crèche and children’s activities during the meeting. With less liturgy and formality this service has a more contemporary and often charismatic feel. The service features a worship band, themed teaching, prayer ministry and Holy Communion once a month.
Sunday evening is a time to soak in the presence of God. Our worship is more reflective and relaxed. The service features a worship band, (usually) systematic bible teaching, prayer ministry and Holy Communion once a month. Currently the congregation is exploring new ways of being church as they look at ‘Dynamic Personal Discipleship’. Our Evening service congregational leader is the Rev’d Canon Matt Barnes.
